Raising happy, healthy chickens
At Ecolibrium Farm, we are committed to
the health of the land, our hens, and our eggs.
Our hens are raised on open pastures in the pristine Southern Highlands, rotating through fresh grass and forage that builds healthy soils and biodiversity.
The hens have 24/7 outdoor access and live in mobile sheds, which ensures a vibrant life for the hen and better eggs for you.
We use regenerative methods with no chemical fertilisers, antibiotics, or GMOs, to create a farming system that restores the land while producing exceptional food.
Happy Hens
Our pastures have less than 50 hens per hectare where they get to access open pastures, plenty of sunlight, and fresh air - resulting in happier, healthier hens.
Deep golden yolks
Rich flavour and superior structure for cooking and baking. The deep orange yolks speak for themselves - higher in Vitamin D, Omega-3s and Vitamin A.

From day-old chicks to laying hens, our birds are raised on our farm with the utmost attention and care, on diverse forages from the very beginning.

Our pastured eggs are packed with omega-3's (the good stuff). Conventional eggs are loaded with inflammatory omega-6 fatty acids (the bad stuff) largely due to industrial feeds such as corn and soy.
